Gantt chart fails to load when special characters are included in issue filter JQL

Incident Report for WBS Gantt-Chart for Jira Cloud

Resolved

We experienced an issue where the Gantt chart could not load properly if the JQL of a Jira issue filter contained special characters.
This problem was caused by a patch we applied to WBS Gantt-Chart for Jira to address an issue occurring in some environments due to changes in the Jira Cloud REST API specifications.
We implemented an additional fix on April 14, 2025, at 19:20 (PDT), and this issue has now been resolved.
